Questions people ask before booking

I am not technical. Will I keep up?

Yes. We begin with what AI is, explain its limitations, and guide you through installing and using the tools. Beginners get step-by-step support, while experienced users can take on extension exercises.

I already use AI. What will I learn?

Day two develops your skills in AI-assisted coding, software building, connected workflows and agents tailored to your work. You will learn how to set instructions, use skills and check results, with more advanced exercises available.

What if I cannot attend both days live?

Every ticket includes recordings for 12 months, plus the workbook and the prompt library. You will miss the live feedback for that day, but nothing else.

Which AI tools do you teach?

We work mainly with the leading general assistants and a handful of automation tools, and we show you how to evaluate any new tool in ten minutes so the skills outlast the software.

Can my company pay for my seat?

Yes. Stripe emails a receipt you can expense, and the team pack comes with an invoice for purchasing.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund up to 4 days before the seminar (through September 22), no questions asked. After that, you can transfer your seat to a colleague or move it to the next session.
