Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you buy something: your name, email address, and billing details are collected by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe sends us your name, email, what you bought, and the amount paid so we can deliver it.
• When you sign up for the newsletter: your email address, and which page you signed up from.
• When you request a proposal: your name, work email, company, and what you tell us in the message.

What we use it for

• Delivering what you bought: seminar access, recordings, skill downloads, session scheduling, and written deliverables.
• Replying to proposal requests and questions.
• Sending the newsletter you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honour it.
• Keeping the site working and preventing abuse, for example limiting how often a single address can submit forms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

• Stripe processes payments and holds your billing details under its own privacy policy.
• Our email and form providers store newsletter signups and proposal requests so we can reply to them. They act on our instructions only.
• Our hosting provider stores standard server logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for security and reliability.

We share information with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Proposal requests for up to two years after our last contact. Seminar recordings access for the period stated on your ticket.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
• Ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.

The seminar

The AI Mastermind is held live online and recorded. By attending you accept that your voice and, if your camera is on, your image may appear in the recordings shared with other ticket holders. Keep your camera off if you prefer not to appear.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes are announced to newsletter subscribers.
